Phase I was a three story, 115,000 square feet corporate headquarters. The 2-story atrium is highlighted by a monumental stair with custom stainless steel and glass handrails. The executive board room is enhanced by the natural light provided by the curtain wall, as well as clerestory windows.
Phase II added 110,000 square feet in a three-story addition. This space encompasses additional offices, conference rooms, and cubicles, a new locker room, and an enlarged cafe.
Potter Office Building
Springfield, Missouri
This was originally a single-story residence that the owner had converted into office space. BWCO completely renovated the building, both interior and exterior and added a second story to be used for leasable tenant space.
Ollis & Company Offices
Springfield, Missouri
About 3,500 square feet of this existing office building were renovated to create new kitchen and break areas, new yoga and exercise studios, new office spaces, and expanded restroom / shower facilities. Two exterior entrances were renovated, and the entire back parking and lawn areas were reworked to provide new landscaping and an outdoor pavilion. The project team was recognized with an SCA Project of the Year award.
