This 2,680 sq. ft. retail facility was designed to recognize the historical past of the City of Republic and pay homage to Post Modern and Streamline Moderne architectural styles. Driving design factors included sustainability in maximizing building position and sun exposure, utilizing a reflective roofing system for energy efficiency, and an HVAC design that maximizes life cycle efficiency.

The design for this dental clinic includes exam rooms, X-Ray facilities, a lab, staff lounge, and a welcoming reception area with children's play space. The Owner wanted to create an inviting, almost residential feel, and the interior and exterior design and materials reflect this.
